I recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and nice, facing a peaceful covered courtyard, but the proximity to a housekeeping closet and stairwell was a bit inconvenient, and the rooms could use a little updating. The service, however, was excellent, with helpful staff offering a dinner discount and providing various amenities. The location was a nice getaway within the hotel premises, although some areas seemed dated. Dining was a letdown, with tasteless and lukewarm food, especially without included breakfast. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel had its highlights and drawbacks that made my stay a bit of a mixed bag.
